开展群众文艺创作与全民艺术普及活动不仅可以保证文艺创作与全民艺术普及活动的系统性、规范性、有序性,同时也有利于促进我国艺术创作事业的发展,对文化自信建设工作具有重要意义.为进一步推进群众文艺创作与全民艺术普及活动的开展,笔者以《群众文艺创作与全民艺术普及的探讨》为课题,从开展群众文艺创作与全民艺术普及活动的意义和必要性入手,对其进行了全面而深入地分析,并在此基础上全方位、深层次地剖析了群众文艺创作与全民艺术普及现状,最后根据其现状探究了群众文艺创作与全民艺术普及策略,给出了笔者具有代表性的个人建议.
