衢江区启智学校专业教师"有效沟通能力"发展的策略研究

衢江区启智学校是一所特殊学校,该校教师团队,虽然都受过特殊教育专业学习,但在面对智障学生的教育时仍然缺乏实践经验,尤其是缺乏"有效沟通能力","有效沟通能力"是智障学生教育成败的关键.本人就启智学校专业教师在"教师与学生、教师与家长、教师与教师"三个层次的有效沟通作了行动研究,有效提升了教师的沟通能力.

Qujiang Qizhi School is a special school.Although all the teachers in the school have received special education,they still lack practical experience in the face of the education of the mentally retarded students,especially the lack of"effective communication ability",which is the key to the success of the education of the mentally retarded students.This paper makes an action research on the effective communication between teachers and students,teachers and parents,teachers and teachers in Qizhi School,which effectively improves the communication ability of teachers.
