自然资源部成立标志我国生态文明建设迈进关键一步,对自然资源一体化管理综合型和专业型人才提出了新需求.人文地理与城乡规划专业一直为国家社会培养输送城乡规划方面的高素质复合型人才.在我国大部制改革的背景下,分析该专业人才培养特点,根据新时代对人才需求提出专业教学改革建议,从而进一步促进人文地理与城乡规划专业人才培养水平的提升.

The establishment of the Ministry of natural resources marks a key step forward in the construction of ecological civilization in China,and puts forward new demands for comprehensive and professional talents in the integrated management of natural resources.The major of human geography and urban and rural planning has been training and delivering high-quality talents in urban and rural planning for the national society.Under the background of the reform of the majority system in our country,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the training of talents in this major,and puts forward suggestions for the reform of professional teaching according to the needs of talents in the new era,so as to further promote the improvement of the training level of talents in humanities geography and urban and rural planning.
