摘要 本文从重构适合高校工科学生工程素质提升的教学内容与课程体系、构建"导师制"与"高工导师制"的工程教育师资耦合模式、构建以国家-企业-个人三维度的高校工科学生素质提升的教育体系、构建校内外高校工科学生素质提升教育的支撑体系等几个方面,提出地方高校利用多学科办学和区位优势发展新工科教育的路径,提出建设新工科专业的思路和建议,在地方高校大学生工程素质提升的实践中形成了区域特色和取得了一定的成效. In this paper,it is proposed to reconstruct the teaching content and curriculum system suitable for the improvement of engineering quality of engineering students in colleges and universities,construct the coupling mode of engineering education teachers of"tutor system"and"high engineering tutor system",construct the education system of quality improvement of engineering students in colleges and universities based on the three dimensions of state enterprise individual,and construct the supporting system of quality improvement education of engineering students in and outside colleges and universities The paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions for the construction of new engineering specialty by using the path of multi-disciplinary education and regional advantages to develop new engineering education in local colleges and universities,which has formed regional characteristics and achieved certain results in the practice of improving the engineering quality of local college students.
