摘要
中职阶段是培养学生们形成良好素质的关键时期,心理健康的教学恰成为实现这一目标的重要途径.现阶段的心理健康教育还尚不能与互联网保持发展同步,心理健康问题逐渐呈现扩大趋势,理应得到学校与教师的应有重视.本文将立足于中职学生具备健康心理的重要性以及培养的实际情况,并基于此提出增强心理健康的相应培养策略,以期能够提高中职心理健康教学过程中学生的综合素质以及应对能力.
The secondary vocational stage is the key period of cultivating students to form good quality,and the teaching of mental health is just an important way to achieve this goal.At present,mental health education cannot keep pace with the development of the Internet,and mental health problems are gradually expanding,which should be paid attention to by schools and teachers.This paper will be based on the importance of healthy psychology of secondary vocational school students and the actual situation of training,and based on this put forward the corresponding training strategies to enhance mental health,in order to improve the comprehensive quality and coping ability of secondary vocational school students in the process of mental health teaching.
