中运量公交配套设施后评估体系研究

新建中运量公交后对于相关道路的设施及机动车、行人、常规公交车等运行情况均有一定程度影响.本文通过对松江有轨电车交通配套设施的评估实践,提出了道路交通运行、信号系统运行、常规公交运营、交通换乘服务与运营安全4大类15小类评价指标,探索中运量交通配套设施的后评估体系,并相应提出中运量交通配套设施在规划建设过程中的优化原则与建议,为配套设施实施后或运行后的优化提供方法和参考.

There is some extent on the traffic volume of pedestrians,buses and other related facilities in the operation of new roads.Based on the evaluation practice of Songjiang tram traffic supporting facilities,this paper puts forward 4 categories and 15 sub categories of evaluation indexes of road traffic operation,signal system operation,planned bus operation,traffic transfer service and operation safety,explores the post evaluation system of medium volume traffic supporting facilities,and puts forward the optimization principles and suggestions of medium volume traffic supporting facilities in the process of planning and construction,Provide methods and references for the optimization of supporting facilities after implementation or operation.
