摘要 目前我国交通基础设施的养护里程和数量占比越来越高,国家、交通行业主管部门对交通基础设施的养护工作提出了更高的要求,需要有效利用日益发展的互联网、GIS、BIM、激光点云、AI智能等技术来实现交通基础设施数字化、养护管理工作信息化、精细化和智能化,助力科技养护.通过对交通基础设施信息化管养平台的发展历程和现存问题分析,结合实际案例总结出交通基础设施智慧管养平台的建设目标,同时提出平台设计的业务架构和技术架构,重点阐述资产数字化和养护业务信息化的功能特点,旨在为交通基础设施养护管理工作的数字化和信息化推广与发展提供经验借鉴. At present,the maintenance mileage and quantity of China's transportation infrastructure account for an increasing proportion.The state and the competent departments of the transportation industry have put forward higher requirements for the maintenance of transportation infrastructure.It is necessary to make effective use of the increasingly developing Internet,GIS,BIM,laser point cloud,AI intelligence and other technologies to realize the digitalization of transportation infrastructure,the informatization,refinement and intelligence of maintenance management work,and help scientific and technological maintenance.This paper analyzes the development process and existing problems of the transportation infrastructure information management and maintenance platform,summarizes the construction objectives of the transportation infrastructure intelligent management and maintenance platform combined with actual cases,puts forward the business architecture and technical architecture of the platform design,and focuses on the functional characteristics of asset digitization and maintenance business informatization,the purpose is to provide experience for the promotion and development of digitization and informatization of transportation infrastructure maintenance and management.
