Study on Multi-model Traffic Solutions for Comprehensive Development of Dishui Lake West Island

为满足滴水湖西岛综合开发带来的交通出行需求,解决岛屿对外交通衔接的瓶颈问题,进行滴水湖西岛的多样化交通解决方案研究.首先,分析岛屿开发中常见的交通问题和对外交通衔接的常规解决措施.其次,结合滴水湖西岛的外部交通条件、综合开发业态及功能定位,梳理西岛面临的交通问题和挑战.再次,通过交通需求预测,分析西岛不同工况下的出行需求,包括工作日早晚高峰、节假日交通管控等不同工况.最后,综合水上特色交通、公共交通、小汽车、慢行交通等多种出行方式,梳理西岛外部交通衔接通道和内部交通组织,并从内外交通一体化的层面综合制定多样化交通方案.

In order to meet the transportation demand brought by the comprehensive development of Dishui Lake West Island and solve the bottleneck problem of the external transportation connection of the island,the research on the diversified transportation solutions of Dishui Lake West Island is conducted.Firstly,the common traffic problems and the routine solutions of external traffic connection are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the external traffic conditions,comprehensive development formats and functional positioning of Dishui Lake West Island,the traffic problems and challenges facing the West Island are sorted out.Thirdly,through the traffic demand forecast,the traffic demand in different conditions of the West Island is analyzed,including diferent conditions such as working day morning and evening peak housr,holiday traffic control,etc.Finally,combine water characteristic transportation,public transportation,cars,slow traffic and other traffic modes,comb the external traffic connection channel and internal traffic organization,and comprehensively formulate multi-model traffic plans from the level of internal and external transportation integration.
