集束化护理对机械通气新生儿通气时间及护理质量的影响

Effect of cluster nursing on ventilation time and nursing quality in mechanical ventilation neonates

目的探讨集束化护理在新生儿机械通气中的应用价值.方法选取80例机械通气新生儿患者作为研究对象,按照随机图表法分成对照组和观察组,分别实施常规护理和集束化护理,比较2组治疗时间、护理前后血气指标、护理质量和并发症发生率.结果观察组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和住院总时间短于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,2组血气指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压和酸碱度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论集束化护理应用于机械通气新生儿患者,可改善血气指标,提高护理质量,对呼吸机相关性肺炎等并发症有明显防范作用.

Objective To explore the application value of cluster nursing in neonatal mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 80 mechanical ventilation neonates admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random chart method,given routine nursing and cluster nursing,respectively.The treatment time,blood gas index,nursing quality and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of mechanical ventilation,length of ICU stay and total length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter,the nursing quality score was higher,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,above indicators showed significant difference(P<0.05).The blood gas indexes of the two groups before nursing showed no difference(P>0.05),while the arterial oxygen partial pressure,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure and pH value of the two groups after nursing showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing for mechanical ventilation in neonates can improve the blood gas index,enhance the quality of nursing,and prevent from ventilator-related pneumonia and other complications.
