战区联合投送筹划工程化探析

On Engineering of Joint Projection Planning in Theater

为提高战区联合投送筹划科学化水平,加强对投送筹划活动的宏观把握和微观控制,实现异地协同一体筹划、快速精确筹划目标,结合系统工程方法理论,提出联合投送筹划工程化筹划模式.从分析战区联合投送筹划工程化的必要性入手,论述战区联合投送筹划工程化的基本原则,针对战区新体制下联合投送筹划的主要特点和要求,提出基于“霍尔三维结构”战区联合投送筹划工程化的路径.

In order to effectively improve the scientific level of joint projection planning, strengthen the macro and micro control of projection planning activities, and realize the goal of collaborative planning in different places, rapid and accurate planning, this paper puts forward the planning mode of engineering of joint projection planning combining with the theory of system engineering methods. It firstly analyzes the necessity of joint projection planning in theater. Then, it discusses the basic principles of joint projection planning. Finally, it puts forward the method of engineering of joint projection planning based on Hall Three-dimension Structure according to the main characteristics and requirements of joint projection planning under the new system in theater.
