摘要 为对车辆悬架导向机构进行结构优化设计,论述气体弹簧悬架导向机构的作用,分别对几种不同结构的空气弹簧悬架导向机构和油气结构弹簧悬架导向机构进行刚度计算.从理论上导出悬架设计刚度的计算公式,并提出减振器合理布置的方法. To optimize the structure of vehicle suspension guide mechanism, the paper firstly discusses the function of air spring suspension and hydro pneumatic spring suspension guide mechanism. Then, it calculates the stiffness of several different structures of air spring suspension guide mechanism and hydro pneumatic structure spring suspension guide mechanism respectively. Finally, it derives the calculation formula of suspension design stiffness theoretically, and puts forward the method of reasonable arrangement of shock absorber.
