Thoughts on Promoting Development of Teaching Competition in Military Academies

为有效发挥教学比武活动激发院校教员投身一线教学、提升课堂教学质量、提高教学能力的作用,通过分析当前军队院校教学比武存在的问题,从强化以战领教导向、紧跟教学改革实际、突出课堂教学设计和完善比武相关机制等4个方面,提出推进军队院校教学比武活动深入发展的对策与建议.

In order to give full play to the role of teaching competition activities in military academies,stimulate teachers to participate in front-line teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching and their teaching ability,this paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in current teaching competitions in military academies.Then,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of teaching competition in military academies from following four aspects:strengthening the guidance of war leading teaching,keeping up with the reality of teaching reform,highlighting the classroom teaching design,and improving the mechanism related to teaching competition.
