为培养贴近实战、贴近岗位的高素质新型陆军军事人才,需要准确把握作战需求牵引、能力目标生成、执教能力提升、教学模式创新、信息化手段运用等重点,对现有教学目标、教学内容、教学团队、教学实施、教学环境等方面进行课程改造,实现课程体系支撑岗位任职要求,从而促进实战化教学,推动学科专业建设.

To cultivate high-quality new army talents close to actual combat and the post,the paper proposes that it is necessary to accurately grasp the key points such as the traction of combat demand,the goal of ability generation,the improvement teaching ability,the innovation of teaching mode,and the application of information technology means.Besides,it is also necessary to carry out curriculum reform in the existing teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching teams,teaching implementation,teaching environment to achieve the support of curriculum system,which can promote the practical teaching and the construction of disciplines and specialties.
