Basic Issues of Mobile Delivery Planning for Army Combat Troops

为提升陆军作战部队机动投送效率,按照一体化联合作战的基本要求,分析机动投送筹划的基本原则,从整体筹划与分层筹划相结合、一体同步筹划与分类自主筹划相结合、思维方法与工程方法相结合等3个方面,系统论述筹划的基本方法,对预测投送任务、确定投送目标、设计投送行动、筹措投送力量等筹划重点内容进行深入研究,旨在为相关研究和实际工作提供理论参考.

In order to improve the operational efficiency of mobile delivery in the army, according to the basic requirements of integrated joint operations, this paper firstly analyzes the basic principles of mobile delivery planning. Then, it systematically discusses the basic methods of planning from three aspects: the combination of overall planning and hierarchical planning, the combination of integrated synchronous planning and classified autonomous planning, and the combination of thinking methods and engineering methods. Finally, it studies on the planning key contents of the project, such as the prediction of delivery tasks, the determination of delivery objectives, the design of the delivery actions, and the mobilization of the delivery forces, so as to provide theoretical reference for related research and practical work.
