摘要
为有效提升我军航空战略投送能力,充分发挥航空战略投送支援机队的作用,从优化战略投送支援机队结构与部署、激发民航企业参与航空投送的动力、拓展战略投送支援机队的运用范围、加强战略投送支援机队的训练演练、为战略投送支援机队形成保障能力提供有效支持等方面,研究提出相关对策与建议,为战略投送支援机队的建设与运用提供参考.
In order to effectively improve our military’s aviation strategic delivery capability and give full play to the role of aviation strategic delivery support fleet, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from following aspects: optimizing the structure and deployment of the strategic delivery support fleet, motivating civil aviation enterprises to participate in aviation delivery, expanding the application scope of strategic delivery support fleet, strengthening the training exercise of strategic delivery support fleet, and providing support for the formation of strategic delivery support fleet. These suggestions can provide reference for the construction and application of strategic delivery support fleet.
