Thoughts on Strengthening Construction of Military Science and Technology Talents in New Era

为加强新时代陆军军事科技人才队伍建设,适应陆军转型建设需求,结合陆军各级党委和机关抓好军事科技人才队伍建设的实际,从在人才培养导向上,走出"三个误区";在人才培养内涵上,培塑"三种视野";在人才培养方式上,搭好"三个平台";在人才培养管理上,完善"三套机制"等4个方面,提出切实可行的路径办法.

In order to strengthen the construction of military science and technology talents in the new era to meet the needs of transformation of the army, according to the actual situation of the construction of military science and technology talents at all levels of the army, this paper puts forward several practical ways from following four aspects: walking out of the "three misunderstandings" in the direction of talent cultivation, cultivating the "three perspectives" in the connotation of talent cultivation, building the "three platforms" in the way of talent cultivation, and improve the "three mechanisms" in management of talent cultivation.
