为构建科学合理的装备作战试验组织管理体系,高效实施和有序管理装备的作战试验,在分析装备作战试验组织管理体系内涵的基础上,研究美军、德军、法军、俄军的装备作战试验组织管理体系构成及特点,从完善装备作战试验组织管理体系、增强装备作战试验组织管理机构的权威性、提升装备作战试验配套能力建设等方面,提出对我军构建装备作战试验组织管理体系的启示.

In order to build a scientific and reasonable organization and management system of equipment operational test,and manage the equipment operational test efficiently and orderly,the paper firstly analyzes the connotation of the organization and management system of equipment operational test.Then,it studies the composition and characteristics of the organization and management system of equipment operational test of US army,German army,French army and Russian army.Finally,it puts forward the enlightenment on constructing the organization and management system of equipment operational test in our army from following aspects:improving the organization and management system of equipment operational test,enhancing the authority of the organization and management institutes of equipment operational test,and improving the supporting ability of the equipment operational test.
