摘要
介绍了氯乙烯气柜在电石法PVC装置中的作用、日常管理及重点监控指标,分析了气柜运行中出现异常现象的原因,提出了解决措施,探讨了取消气柜给生产操作带来的弊端,给出了进一步提高气柜安全性的建议.
The function,daily management and key monitoring indexes of vinyl chloride gas holder in calcium carbide based PVC plant were introduced.The causes of abnormal phenomena in the opera-tion of gas holder were analyzed,and the solving measures were put forward.The drawbacks brought by cancelling gas holder to production operation were discussed.Some suggestions for further improving the safety of gas holder were given.
