摘要
通过分析"11·28"盛华气柜事故,提出了气柜使用过程中的安全措施,并针对气柜在聚氯乙烯及其他装置中的应用,分别给出了选型建议.
By analyzing the accident of Shenghua gas holder on November 28,the safety measures in the use of gas holders were put forward,and the suggestions were given respectively for the selection of gas holders used in PVC and other devices.
