摘要
为进一步验证测温元件大小及安装位置对喷嘴计量数据的影响,选取了A站、B站和C站喷嘴标准装置的校准数据与JJG 620计算的标准值进行了比对分析,并采用最小二乘法进行回归验证.结果表明:测温元件的加工和安装应符合JJG 620-2008和GB/T 21188-2007的要求,对于测温元件不符合要求的喷嘴应在校准范围使用,不可外延.
In order to further verify the influence of temperature measuring element size and installation position on nozzle measurement data,the calibration data of nozzle standard device in station A,station B and station C were selected for comparative analysis with the standard value calculated by JJG 620,and the least square method was used for regression verification.The results show that the processing and installation of the temperature measuring elements should meet the requirements of JJG 620—2008 and GB/T 21188—2007,and the nozzle that does not meet the requirements of the temperature measuring elements should be used in the calibration range,not extended.
