摘要 针对1 mT^2.5 T范围的磁强计的校准需求,设计了一种磁强计校准装置.该装置的恒定磁场由磁场线圈和电磁铁产生,探头位置调节装置通过计算机控制,能很好的保证探头霍尔片与磁场方向成垂直关系,整个测量过程采用计算机控制,方便快捷.同时,阐明了磁强计主要技术参数的校准方法,其中对电磁铁磁场内的校准方法进行了详细说明,解决了磁强计校准的难题.最后,通过校准数字式磁强计的试验,在磁场强度1T测量点的扩展不确定度为0.92 mT. In order to meet the calibration requirements of magnetometers ranging from 1mT to 2.5T,a magnetometer calibration device is designed,The constant magnetic field of the device is generated by magnetic field coil and electromagnet.The position adjustment device of the probe is controlled by computer,which can ensure that the Hall plate of the probe is perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field.The whole measurement process is controlled by computer,which is convenient and fast.At the same time,the calibration method of the main technical parameters of magnetometer is expounded.The calibration method in the magnetic field of electromagnet is described in detail,which solves the difficult problem of magnetometer calibration.Finally,through calibrating digital magnetometer,the expanded uncertainty at the measurement point of magnetic field intensity 1T is 0.92mT.
