摘要
基于机械臂、机器视觉设计了一套手持式数字万用表全自动校准系统.阐述了系统的组成,开发了自动测试程序、机械臂的运动控制系统及机器视觉识别系统.该系统解决了无法进行程控通信的仪器设备或者是劳动强度大、重复性高、危险系数高的设备校准问题.最近通过实验测试结果验证,该系统完全符合相关国家规范使用要求,且具有测试效率高、稳定性强等优点,可将人工使用成本降低至原工作模式的30%.
To design an automatic calibration of the hand-held digital multimeter(DMM),which based on mechanical arm and machine vision.This paper describes the composition of the system,develops the automatic test program,the motion control system of the manipulator and the machine vision recognition system.This system can solve the problem of equipment calibration which can not be used for program-controlled communication or equipment calibration with high labor intensity,high repeatability and high risk.Recently,it has been verified by experimental test results that the system fully meets the requirements of relevant national standards,and has the advantages of high test efficiency and strong stability,which can reduce the labor cost to 30%of the original working mode.
