The Relationship Between Obesity and the Risk of Incidence and Progress in Chronic Kidney Disease

慢性肾病具有高发病率、高死亡率的特点,对患者、家庭以及社会造成巨大的负担,但是慢性肾病在全球范围内的知晓率较低.肥胖的流行趋势日益严重,肥胖因素在慢性肾病发展中的作用却未受到足够重视.肥胖既是一种独立的慢性代谢性疾病,也会导致肾脏损害.本文将对近年来的肥胖与慢性肾病的相关性研究进展进行综述.

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)imposes a huge burden on patients,families and society,because of the high morbidity and mortality.However,it has a low awareness rate in worldwide.Although the rising obesity pandemic is obviously in the last few years,the factor of obesity has received less attention in CKD.Obesity is an independent chronic metabolic disease and also has important role in kidney damage.The aim of this paper is to give a brief overview of the ambiguous role of obesity in CKD in recent years.
