夜班工作对健康体检人群代谢相关指标的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析夜班工作对健康体检人群代谢相关指标的影响.方法:对2018年8046例健康体检者的血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血压、体重和腰臀比等资料进行统计分析,按是否值夜班分为不值夜班组和值夜班组,比较不同年龄段两组血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血压、体重和腰臀比情况.结果:夜班组的代谢相关指标升高,30~39岁、40~49岁值夜班组的血脂异常和超重肥胖检出率均高于不值夜班组(P<0.05),30~39岁值夜班组的空腹血糖受损、糖尿病、血压增高和腰臀比异常检出率高于不值夜班组(P<0.05),20~29岁值夜班组的腰臀比异常检出率高于不值夜班组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:夜班工作与人群的代谢指标升高相关,应加强值夜班人群尤其是30~49岁人群的健康管理工作. Objective:To analyze the effect of night shift work on metabolic indexes of healthy people.Methods:The data of blood glucose,blood lipid,blood uric acid,blood pressure,body weight and waisthip ratio of 8046 healthy subjects in 2018 were statistically analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to whether they were on night shift or not.The blood glucose,blood lipid,blood uric acid,blood pressure,body weight and waist-hip ratio of the two groups in different age groups were compared.Results:Increased metabolism related indicators of the night shift,30-39,40-49 night shift of dyslipidemia and overweight obesity detection rate were higher than no night shift(P<0.05),30-39,night shift of impaired fasting glucose,diabetes,increased blood pressure and waist-to-hip ratio anomaly detection rate is higher than no night shift(P<0.05),20 to 29 night shift waist-to-hip ratio anomaly detection rate is higher than no night shift,is similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Night shift work is related to the increase of metabolic index.It is necessary to strengthen the health management of night shift people,especially 30-49 years old people.
