摘要 目的:研究阳泉市矿区健康人群骨密度检测结果,为骨质疏松症的筛查、预防提供科学依据.方法:收集2017年1月—12月在我院健康体检中心进行双能量X线骨密度检测的2870例汉族成年人尺桡骨骨密度检测数据,并对骨量异常的变化规律进行分组分析.结果:阳泉市矿区健康体检人群男、女性骨质疏松的检出率分别为1.69%、4.89%,且两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).骨量减少检出率男、女性分别为45.22%、52.17%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).女性骨量异常的检出率较同年龄阶段的男性明显升高(P<0.05).结论:峰值骨量过后,随着年龄的增加,骨密度均呈下降趋势,建议40岁以上人群在体检时选择骨密度检测,便于早期发现骨量异常情况. Objective:To study the results of bone mineral density in healthy people in Yangquan mining area,and to provide scientific basis for screening and prevention of osteoporosis.Methods:From January to December 2017,the bone mineral density of ulna and radius of 2870 adults were mesured using dual energy X-ray bone instrument in the physical examination center of our hospital,and the changes of abnormal bone mass were divided into groups and analyzed.Results:The detection rates of osteoporosis in male and female were 1.69 and 4.89 respectively,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.001).The detection rates of bone mass reduction in males and females were 45.22%and 52.17%respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the peak bone mass,bone mineral density decreased with the increase of age,it is recommended that people over 40 years old should choose bone mineral density test for early detection of abnormal bone mass.
