"教"与"学"改革激发高职学生学习潜力——基于某高职院校"五年一贯制"学前教育专业的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 "五年一贯制"高职学生常面临外部环境激励不够、内部学习动机不足的双重困境.学业方面表现为受先期在校学习体验影响与现有学习环境中多元因素的影响.因此,作为学校和教师,要以积极的心态将学生可能的学习潜力发掘出来.通过"教"与"学"的改革,不断寻求激发学生学习潜力的积极要素,进而探索改善现状的可行途径,形成学生乐学、教师乐教的良好校园学习环境.
