摘要
随着中国经济的崛起和全球国际化的进一步发展,全世界掀起了"汉语热",特别是"一带一路"倡议,助推了"汉语热"的持续升温.为了推进国际中文教育发展,传播好中国文化,提升汉语国际教育人才培养水平,我们将跨文化交际能力(intercultural communication competence,ICC)内化为汉语国际教育硕士培养体系中的重要课题.因此,汉语国际教育硕士研究生的培养须将语言文化知识学习、教学技能与跨文化交际能力培养相结合.本文旨在通过跨文化效力量表对汉教硕士跨文化效力进行实证研究,尝试制定适合其发展的培养途径和教学内容,为汉语国际教育专业学科建设和国家文化传播力建设提供参考.
With the rise of China's economy and the further development of globalization,the world has set off a Chinese fever,which has been promoted especially by the Belt and Road Initiative.In order to promote the development of international Chinese education,spread Chinese culture,and improve the level of training talents for international Chinese language education,Intercultural Communication Competence should be considered as an important topic in the training system for MTCSOL students.Therefore,the training of MTCSOL students in international Chinese language education are advised to combine language and cultural knowledge learning,teaching skills with the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills.This article used Guoming Chen's(2009)Intercultural Effectiveness Scale to conduct an empirical study on the intercultural effectiveness among MTCSOL Students.The results were significant for formulating training methods and teaching content suitable for the development of Intercultural Effectiveness,and constructing the discipline of international Chinese language education and the spread of Chinese culture.
