随着自然资源资产产权制度推进,全民所有自然资源资产清查成为重点任务.国有建设用地作为最重要的全民所有自然资源资产,因其分布广泛、估算方法明确、基础资料详实而成为自然资源资产清查精度要求最高的资源门类.本文以长沙市内五区国有建设用地资产清查工作为例,具体解析国有建设用地资产清查实际工作中发现的问题,并提出相应的处理建议.为未来全面开展国有建设用地资产清查工作提供思路和技术支持.

With the advancement of the property rights system for natural resource assets,the state-owned natural resource assets inventory has become a key task.and the state-owned construction land as the most important state-owned natural resource assets,because of its wide distribution,clear estimation method and detailed basic data,it has become the resource category with the highest precision in the inventory of natural resource assets.Taking the state-owned construction land assets inventory in five districts of Changsha prefecture as an example,this paper analyzes the problems found in the actual work of state-owned construction land assets inventory,and puts forward some corresponding treatment suggestions.To provide ideas and technical support for the future comprehensive inventory of state-owned construction land assets.
