Construction of "1+N" Satellite Monitoring System in Hunan Province

本文围绕湖南省自然资源监测监管工作需求,针对目前监测工作中存在的标准不统一、机制不完备、技术单一、运转低效等问题,提出了"变化全发现、问题全核实、任务全交办、整改全落实"的全流程一体化卫星监测体系,有效支撑了湖南省自然资源"两统一"职责的履行,为构建自然资源统一调查监测体系提供了方案思路.

This paper focuses on the needs of natural resources monitoring and supervision work in Hunan Province,in view of the problems existing in the current monitoring work,such as inconsistent standards,incomplete mechanisms,single technology,and inefficient operation,Puts forward a full-process integrated satellite monitoring system of"full discovery of changes,full verification of problems,full assignment of tasks,and full implementation of rectification".It effectively supports the monitoring and protection work of natural resources in Hunan Province,and provides a plan idea for building a unified survey and monitoring system of natural resources.
