Status and Suggestions on Exploitation and Utilization of Sandstone Aggregate in Hunan Province

砂石骨料是建筑、道路、桥梁、水利等基础设施建设必不可少的基础材料,在国民经济中具有重要的地位.目前,湖南省砂石矿山数量多、规模小、布局散、乱采现象突出,生态环境破坏严重.近年来,湖南省各级政府及相关部门相继推出各种政策和文件,对全省砂石矿山进行专项整治,要求合理合法合规开采砂石资源,推动全省砂石土矿绿色发展.通过对湖南省砂石骨料资源的开发利用现状、矿产资源禀赋条件及市场需求进行全面调研,全面剖析了湖南省砂石骨料行业开发利用现状和存在的问题,结合最新政策,作者认为应重新规划、科学布局,调整产业结构,简化办矿审批程序,严格准入条件,加强资源调查评价与勘查,重视技术规范研究,全面促进全省砂石行业健康发展.

As an indispensable material basis of infrastructure construction of buildings,roads,bridges and water conservancy etc,sandstone aggregate plays an vital role in national economic development.At present,there are a huge number of sandstone mines in Hunan Province,small scale,scattered location,and disorderly mining,the ecologic environment is seriously damaged.In order to make a special rectification of sand-stone mines,for reasonable and legal mining of sand-stone resources,and promoting the green development of sandstone mines,The Hunan provincial governments at all levels and relevant departments have launched various policies and documents in recent years.This paper comprehensively analyzes the exploitation and utilization status and existing problems of the sandstone aggregate industry in Hunan province,at the same time,combined the latest policies,through the overall investigation of the mineral resources of endowment,exploitation and utilization status,and market demand in Hunan province,In order to comprehensively promote the healthy development of sand industry in Hunan Province,the authors hold that we should make a new sandstone mines plan scientific layout,adjust the structure of sandstone industry,simplify approval procedures for mining operations,strict access conditions,strengthen the investigation,evaluation and exploration of sandstone resources,and strengthen research on technical specification,comprehensivtly promote the healthy development of sand industry.
