One-stage Posterior debridement, bone grafts and internal fixation combined with lesion clearance and Chemotherapy catheter for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis

摘要 Objective:The aim of this prospective study is the analysis of the clinical and radiological outcomes of active thoracic-lumbar vertebrae spinal tuberculosis treated with One-stage Posterior debridement bone grafts and internal fixation combined with lesion clearance and Chemotherapy catheter for the treatment of lumbar tuberculosisMethods: The study was a prospective follow-up of 26 patients with active lumbar spinal tuberculosis who underwent Application of One-stage Posterior debridement,bone grafts and internal fixation combined with lesion clearance and Chemotherapy catheter for the treatment of lumbar tuberculosis . These patients had posterior stabilization of the involved segment of the spine.Results:The average follow up was 26months (range,24 -30 months).all patients had a neurological function improvement At 6 months after operation, the patients with abnormal erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and Creactive protein (CRP)visua analogue scale(VAS)had recovered to normalConclusions: One-stage Posterior debridement bone grafts and internal fixation combined with lesion clearance and Chemotherapy catheter for the treatment of lumbar tuberculosis seems to be adequate for obtaining satisfactory healing of the lesions. In operation as far as possible Tuberculosis lesions removal and post operation chemotherapy of tuberculosis of Spinal tuberculosis critical for successful outcome with this technique.
