循证护理在急性心梗患者护理中对预后的影响

目的:探讨循证护理在急性心梗(AMI)患者护理中应用效果及对其预后的影响.方法:选取本院2019年1月至2020年2月收治的100例AMI患者为研究对象,并随机分为两组.对观察组中50例患者实施循证护理,对照组中50例患者行常规护理.观察患者住院时间、并发症率以及预后生活质量和护理满意度.结果:观察组生活质量评分显著高于对对照组,差异有统计学意义,p<0.05.观察组住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义,p<0.05;观察组并发症率4.0%明显低于对照组14.0%,差异有统计学意义,p<0.05.护理满意度较对照组,观察组显著较高.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在急性心肌梗死患者的护理过程中,应用循证护理对提高患者预后生活质量具有积极的影响.

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction and its impact on prognosis.Methods:100 patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups.Evidence-based nursing was performed on 50 patients in the observation group and 50 patients in the control group.Routine care.Observe the patient's hospitalization time,complication rate and prognosis quality of life.Results:The quality of life score of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifcant,p<0.05.The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the conttol group,the diffcrence was statistically significant,p<0.05;the complication rate of the observation group was 4.0%lower than that of the contol group,14.0%,and the difference was statitically significant,p<0.05.Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group and the observation group.The difference was saistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of patients with acute myocardial infarction,the application of evidence-based nursing has a positive impact on improving the prognostic quality of life of patients.
