Environment monitoring is the top priority in ecological civilization construction,and protecting environment is a basic national policy of China.In this paper,the concept and scope of ecological environment monitoring network,the content of ecological environment monitoring,the national plans and regulations for environment monitoring are summarized.Meanwhile,it is analysed that how to ensure the accuracy and corn—pleteness of environment monitoring data,and the importance of strengthening ecological environment monitoring under the new situation is discusses.
