摘要
4-氨基安替比林法测定水中挥发酚是一种被普遍采用且具代表性的检测方法,它具有灵敏度高、准确度好的优点.在水质挥发酚测定过程中,影响测定结果的因素较多,如不注意会使测定结果产生较大偏差.对样品保存、样品蒸馏、试剂纯度及添加顺序、显色萃取操作等方面进行了相关探讨分析.
The 4-aminoantipyrine method for the determination of volatile phenols in water is a commonly used and representative detection method,which has the advantages of hish sensitivity and good accuracy。During the determination of volatile phenols in water,there ale many factors that affect the measurement results.If you do not pay attention,the measurement results will have a large deviation.In this paper,the relevant aspects of sample storage,sample distillation,reagent purity and addition sequence,and color extraction operation weFe discussed and analyzed.
