摘要
建立微波消解ICP-MS测定环境土壤中总磷的新方法。实验表明:采用HNO3-HF-H2O2酸消解体系进行微波消解后利用ICP-MS进行测定,当ICP-MS的RF为1350W,KED氦气流速为4.0ml/min可以有效去除多原子离子干扰。方法校准曲线r>0.999,方法检出限0.05μg/g,RSD在0.67%-1.22%之间,加标回收率106%-114%,该方法用GSS-13和GSS-10标准样品验证,各元素的测定值与标准值吻合,微波消解ICP-MS方法可以满足环境土壤中总磷分析的要求。
We established the new method to determine total phosphorus in environmental soil by MD-ICP-MS.The method based on the HN03-HF-H202 digestion system with the optimization procedure of the MD.The experiment proved that when ICP-MS RF iS l 350W.the helium flow rate of the KED model was 4.Oml/min,ICP-MS could effectively remove the interference of muhi atomic ions.The calibration curve r>0+999.the de-tection limit of the method between 0.05wg/g and RSD between 0.67%-1.22%.the recovery rate Was 106%-114%.We used the method to analyse standard soil samples of GSS-13 and GSS-10.the determination of the value of each element was consistent with the standard value.The MD-ICP-MS method could meet the standard of total phosphorus analysis in environmental soil.
