摘要
根据五日生化需氧量(BOD5)的测定标准方法和实际监测工作的情况,对BOD5在高寒地区冬季监测时存在的问题提出探讨.以齐齐哈尔地区冬季地表水为监测样本,分析BOD5在测定中的问题.实验表明:高寒地区冬季自然水体中溶解氧含量较高,相对于测定条件(20℃)水中溶解氧为过饱和状态,直接培养会导致BOD5结果明显偏高.为了得到真实有效的监测数据,在采样、运输、储存和检测的过程中都应该注意条件的控制.根据实验结果和实际工作需要,提出解决方案.
According to the standard method of the determination of the biochemical oxygen demand over five days(BODs)and the actual monitoring situation,this dissertation mainly studies the existing issues of the monitoring of the BOD5 in winter in frigid zone.We take the winter surface water in Qiqihaer area as the sample,and analyse the issues in the determination of BOD5.The experimental result shows that the dissolved oxygen content in natural water body is higher in frigid zone in winter,which is supersaturated state compared with the dissolved oxygen content in water body on measurement conditions at 20℃.High dissolved oxygen content will lead to a higher result of BOD。In order to obtain the real and effective monitoring data,conditions should be controlled during sampling,transportation,storage and testing.The solution is put forward according to the ex—perimental resuhs and actual work needs.
