护理人员论文发表压力及影响因素研究

A study of nursing staff's publication pressure and its influencing factors

目的调查护理人员的论文发表压力现状,分析其影响因素,为做好科研管理提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、论文发表压力量表及护理人员科研能力自评量表对湖北省某医院919名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员论文发表压力总分为(27.33±4.51)分,科研能力总分为32.00(26.00,39.00)分,论文发表压力与科研能力呈负相关(r=-0.264,P<0.01)。多元线性回归显示,护理人员论文发表压力影响因素是年龄、婚姻状况、学历、工作满意度、工作压力、经济压力、科研能力。结论护理人员论文发表压力处于中等水平,建议护理管理者在对护理人员提出论文发表要求的同时,应采取针对性干预措施提升其工作满意度及科研能力,降低论文发表压力。

Objective To investigate the publication pressure of nursing staff and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for scientific research management.Methods A total of 919 nurses in a hospital in Hubei province were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,Publication Pressure Questionnaire-revised and Nursing Staff Research Ability Self-Rating Scale.Results The total score of publication pressure among nursing staff was(27.33±4.51)and the total score of research ability was 32.00(26.00,39.00),publication pressure was negatively correlated with research ability(r=-0.264,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that the factors influencing the publication pressure were age,marital status,education level,job satisfaction,work stress,financial strain and research ability.Conclusion The publication pressure among nursing staff is at a moderate level,which suggest that nursing managers should take targeted intervention to enhance their job satisfaction and research ability while requiring them to publish papers,so as to reduce their publication pressure.
