临床护士关怀能力与情绪自我调节效能感及死亡态度的关系研究

Correlation between caring ability and emotional self-regulation efficacy,death attitude of clinical nurses

目的探讨临床护士关怀能力的现状,并分析与情绪自我调节效能感、死亡态度的关系。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、护士关怀能力量表、情绪自我调节效能感量表、死亡态度描绘量表对290名临床护士进行调查。结果290名临床护士关怀能力总分为(191.27±28.50)分,情绪自我调节效能感总分为(66.53±5.27)分,死亡态度总分为(97.72±23.50)分。关怀能力与情绪自我调节效能感呈正相关(P<0.01),与死亡态度呈正相关(P<0.01),多元线性回归分析显示,临床护士科室、是否有丧亲经历、管理消极情绪自我效能感及死亡态度是护士关怀能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论临床护士关怀能力处于较高水平,针对不同科室、无丧亲经历、情绪自我调节效能感低、有负向死亡态度的护士,建议采用制订个体化的培训计划、死亡教育、进行肿瘤科或临终关怀科轮转等方法进行干预,以提高临床护士的关怀能力。

Objective To explore the status quo of care ability of clinical nurses,and analyze the relationship between care ability and emotional self-regulation efficacy,death attitude.Methods A total of 290 clinical nurses were investigated with general data questionnaire,nurse care ability scale,emotion self-regulation efficiency scale and death attitude scale.Results The total score of 290 clinical nurses was(191.27±28.50)for care ability,(66.53±5.27)for emotional self-regulation efficacy,and(97.72±23.50)for death attitude.The caring ability was positively correlated with the self-efficacy of emotional self-regulation(P<0.01),and positively correlated with the attitude towards death(P<0.01).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the clinical nursing department,bereavement experience,the self-efficacy of managing negative emotions and the attitude towards death were the main influencing factors of the caring ability of nurses(P<0.01).Conclusion The care ability of clinical nurses is at a high level.For nurses from different departments,who have no bereavement experience,low self-efficacy of emotional self-regulation,and have a negative attitude towards death,it is recommended to adopt different methods such as developing individualized training,death education,rotation of oncology department or hospice care department to intervene,so as to improve the care ability of clinical nurses.
