摘要
文章通过介绍澳大利亚养老服务体系,包括养老保险体系、养老服务模式、老年护理评估制度及老年护理人才培养,探讨其对我国养老服务发展的启示,探究适合我国国情的养老服务发展模式,并提出相应的建议。
This article aimed to introduce Australia's elderly care service system,including the endowment insurance system,endowment service mode,elderly care evaluation system,and elderly care personnel training,so as to explore its enlightenment to the development of China's elderly care services,probe into the development model of elderly care services suitable for China's national conditions,and put forward corresponding suggestions for reference.
