二级库房服务云平台在急诊科医用耗材管理中的应用研究

Application research of secondary repository service cloud platform in medical supplies management in emergency department

目的构建基于微信小程序的二级库房服务云平台,探讨其在临床中的应用效果。方法由护理部和信息部共同设计构建二级库房服务云平台,使二级库房逐步实现专人管理和信息化管理;并于二级库房服务云平台实施前后分别对急诊科医用耗材管理中耗材的入库时间、盘点时间、操作前物品准备时间、溢库率、错账率、过期率、短缺率、物品合理摆放率和管理方式满意度进行综合评价。结果二级库房服务云平台实施后,急诊科医用耗材管理中的入库时间、盘点时间、操作前物品准备时间、溢库率、错账率、过期率、短缺率较实施前均减少或降低(P<0.01),物品合理摆放率和管理方式满意度明显提升(P<0.01)。结论借助信息化手段对二级库房进行科学、规范管理,可通过减少入库时间、盘点时间等途径以降低科室护理成本和提高护理质量,为二级库房服务云平台在急诊科医用耗材护理信息化管理中的应用与推广提供了科学依据。

Objective To construct a secondary repository service cloud platform based on WeChat applets and explore the effectiveness of its clinical application.Methods The nursing department and the information department designed and built the secondary repository service cloud platform,so that the secondary repository gradually realized the dedicated and informatic management.Before and after the implementation of the secondary repository service cloud platform,to conduct comprehensive evaluation on the incoming time,inventory time,preparation time,overflow rate,wrong account rate,expiration rate,shortage rate,reasonable placement rate and satisfaction with the management methods in the management of medical consumables in the emergency department.Results After the implementation of the secondary repository service cloud platform,the storage time,inventory time,preparation time,overflow rate,wrong account rate,expiration rate,and shortage rate in the management of medical consumables in the emergency department showed a differential reduction or decrease compared with the pre-implementation(P<0.01),and the reasonable placement rate and satisfaction with the management method were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion With the help of information technology of the secondary repository for scientific and standardized management,can reduce the cost of departmental care and improve the quality of care by reducing the storage time,inventory time,etc.,to provide scientific reference for the secondary repository service cloud platform in the application and promotion of nursing information management of the emergency department medical supplies.
