非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者健康促进生活方式与自我管理行为的关系研究

Relationship between health-promoting lifestyle and self-management behavior in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探究非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者健康促进生活方式与自我管理行为现状,分析二者的相关性,为改善患者健康促进生活方式,提高自我管理行为水平提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取在乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院住院非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者1124例为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者自我管理调查量表、健康促进生活方式量表进行问卷调查。结果非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者自我管理行为总分为(85.25±18.60)分,处于中等水平;健康促进生活方式总分为(124.24±19.65)分,处于中等水平;自我管理行为与健康促进生活方式呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、个人月收入、职业、吸烟为自我管理行为主要影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者自我管理水平与健康促进生活方式有待提高,医护人员应加强健康教育,针对不同婚姻状况、月收入、职业、吸烟人群特征制订相应措施,不断地探究、量化及规范患者自我管理行为。

Objective To Understand the current status of health promotion lifestyle and self-management behavior in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),analyze the correlation between them,and provide reference for improving health promotion lifestyle and self-management behavior level.Methods A total of 1124 inpatients with NAFLD in a grade A tertiary hospital in Urumqi were selected by convenience sampling method,and general information questionnaire,NAFLD patient self-management questionnaire,and health promotion lifestyle scale were used to conduct questionnaire survey.Results The total self-management score of NAFLD patients was(85.25±18.60),which is at a moderate level,and the total score of health promoting lifestyle was(124.24±19.65),which is at a moderate level.There a positive correlation between self-management and health promoting lifestyle(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear analysis showed that marital status,personal monthly income,occupation,and smoking were the main influencing factors for self-management behavior(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management level and health-promoting lifestyle of NAFLD patients need to be improved.Medical staff should strengthen health education,formulate corresponding measures according to different marital status,monthly income,occupation and smoking population characteristics,and constantly explore,quantify and standardize patients'self-management behaviors.
