多视角下哺乳期乳腺炎护理结局:一项用于构建护理核心结局集的质性研究

Multiple perspectives on nursing outcomes in lactation mastitis:a qualitative study for developing a nursing core outcome set

目的从患者、照顾者、护士、医生多视角探讨哺乳期乳腺炎护理结局,以用于构建护理核心结局集。方法采用目的抽样法选取北京市4所三级甲等医院的患者、照顾者、护士及医生(共32名)进行半结构化访谈。采用定向内容分析法,并以护理结局分类作为指导框架进行资料分析。结果共获取20个护理结局,涵盖6个领域,将系统评价中未报告的8个护理结局进一步归纳整理,覆盖心理社会健康、健康知识和行为、感知的健康、家庭健康4个领域。结论在哺乳期乳腺炎护理核心结局集构建时融入利益相关者观点,有助于丰富乳腺护理门诊内涵、体现护理服务专业性。同时为护理科研的开展提供多维、基于利益相关者观点的护理结局。

Objective To explore nursing outcomes in lactation mastitis from perspectives of patients,caregivers,nurses and doctors,so as to construct the nursing core outcome set.Methods Patients,caregivers,nurses and doctors(a total of 32)from 4 tertiary class A hospitals in Beijing were selected for semi-structured interviews by using purposive sampling.Oriented content analysis method was used to analyze data with nursing outcome classification as the guiding framework.Results A total of 20 nursing outcomes were obtained,covering 6 areas.Eight nursing outcomes that were not reported in the systematic evaluation were further summarized and sorted,covering 4 areas including psychosocial health,health knowledge and behavior,perceived health and family health.Conclusion Integrating stakeholders'views into the construction of nursing core outcome set in lactation mastitis is helpful to enrich the connotation of breast nursing outpatient and reflect the professionalism of nursing services.At the same time to provide multidimensional nursing outcomes based on the perspective of stakeholders for the development of nursing scientific research.
