整合视角下农村养老生态资源供给模型构建及启示

Construction and insights of ecological resource supply model for rural aging from integration perspective

世界卫生组织倡议实施整合照护模式以支持全民健康老龄化,健康是人类适应生态位的最终结局指标。该研究基于整合视角,系统梳理了农村养老生态系统中服务资源的供给现状,并结合生态位理论中生物与资源、环境的动态交互机制,构建了以家庭资源、医疗服务、机构供给、社会支持、政策保障为框架的农村养老生态资源供给模型,并倡议进一步整合养老物质资源供给、优化养老服务支持网络、完善养老政策保障体系,以积极应对农村老龄化、失能化,提升老年人的健康水平。

The World Health Organization advocates the implementation of integrated care model to support healthy ageing for all.Health is the ultimate outcome indicator of human adaptation to the ecological niche.Based on integration perspective,this study systematically sorted out the current situation of service resources supply in the rural elderly ecosystem,combined with the dynamic interaction mechanism of organisms,resources and environment in the ecological niche theory,built a rural elderly ecological resource supply model with the framework of family resources,medical service,institutional supply,social support and policy guarantee,and advocated further integrating the elderly material resource supply,optimizing the elderly service support network,and improving the elderly policy guarantee system in order to actively respond to rural aging and disablement and improve the health level of the older adults.
