合肥光源质谱光束线站安全联锁控制系统设计

摘要 基于虚拟化IOC和模块化PLC技术,对合肥光源即将升级改造的质谱光束线站的安全联锁控制系统进行了设计,实现了多线站共用一套安全联锁保护的控制系统.系统不仅具有较高的可靠性、安全性、可拓展性,同时虚拟化IOC以及多线站共用的控制设计也进一步减少了硬件,增加了系统的集成度,更加有利于实现联锁控制系统的硬件集中化管理. Based on the technology of virtual IOC and modular PLC,The security interlock control system for the mass spectrometry beamline station upgraded by Hefei Light Source(HLS)was designed.A control system of multi-line station sharing a set of security interlock protection is realized.The system not only has high reliability,security and expandability,but also reduces the control hardware accordingly and the cost.The virtualized IOC and the common control design of the multi-line stations also make the hardware of the beam station more centralized,which is more conducive to realize the centralized hardware management of interlocking control system.
