摘要
提出一种以有源和无源效率刻度相结合的γ能谱自吸收修正方法,并用密度、高度和基质存在显著差异的三组标准源进行了验证.实验结果表明,未进行自吸收修正时,测量结果与标准值相对偏差在-38%~20%之间;修正后相对偏差减少为-1.8%~5.4%,验证了方法的准确性.
A self-absorption correction method combining source and sourceless efficiency calibration was proposed in gamma-ray spectrometry.It was tested by three standard sources with significant differences in apparent density,height and matrix.The experimental results showed that the relative deviation between the measured radioactivity concentration and the standard value was between-38%~20%without selfabsorption correction;After correction,the relative deviation was between-1.8%~5.4%,which illustrated the accuracy of the method.
