摘要
通过对手持式XRF分析仪辐射剂量率水平进行辐射监测,研究手持式XRF分析仪在不同条件下的辐射剂量率水平。研究结果表明:手持式XRF分析仪在正常测量下对测量工作人员的辐射剂量影响较小,对人员直接测量或人员在射线束方向半圆区域内可能受到较大的辐射照射。建议规范手持式XRF分析仪检测人员操作方式,采取相应的辐射安全及辐射防护措施,尽可能地减少一切不必要的照射。
The radiation dose rate level of the hand-held XRF analyzer under different conditions was studied by radiation monitoring.The results show that the hand-held XRF analyzer has less influence on the radiation dose of the measuring personnel under normal measurement,and the personnel directly measured or may be exposed to greater radiation in the semicircle area of the ray beam direction.It is recommended to standardize the operation mode of hand-held XRF analyzers,adopt corresponding radiation safety and radiation protection measures to reduce all unnecessary exposure as much as possible.
