堆外核测系统信号处理机柜自动测试装置技术方案研究

摘要 针对堆外核测系统信号处理机柜亟需配置自动测试功能的需求,设计了一套自动测试装置,并论述了其硬件设计组成、软件开发思路等具体设计过程。该自动测试装置可实现各类信号激励、数据采集、数据记录和自动生成测试报告等功能。不仅可用于机柜板卡的验收工作,还可应用于不同的集成测试环境,简化了测试过程,并提高了设备验收和维护过程中的测试效率。 Because of the urgently Auto-Test needs of Nuclear Instrumentation System signal processing cabinet,an automatic test device technical scheme has been designed and the specific design processes including its hardware design and software development concept have been described.The automatic test device can perform various functions such as signal excitation,data acquisition and storage,and the autogeneration of test reports.It can be used not only in the acceptance of circuit boards,but also in different integrated test environments.It simplifies the test process and improves the test efficiency of equipment acceptance and maintenance.
