Development and Application of a New Safety Grounding Wire Device

针对作业过程中接地线装设不牢或挂设顺序错误,导致线路作业人员失去保护的问题.提出了一种能够检测夹具压力,并规范装设顺序的接地线装置.采用单片机和压力传感器实现压力检测功能.改装了接地线接地端结构,通过连接栓与导线端相连,规范了作业人员装设接地线操作步骤,从源头上防止了不安全作业行为.经实际使用测试,该装置具有拆装方便,结构简单可靠,安全性高等特点,具有很好的推广效应.

In view of the problem that the ground wire is not installed firmly or that its installation sequence is not correct during the operation,which causes the line operator to lose protection,this paper presents a grounding wire device which can detect the pressure of fixture and regulate the installation sequence.The pressure detection function is realized by using single chip microcomputer and pressure sensor.The structure of the ground wire terminal is modified and linked to the conductor terminal through a reinforced connecting pin,and the operation procedure of installing ground wire is standardized to prevent unsafe operation behavior from the very binning.Actual application test shows that the presented device has the characteristics of convenient disassembly,simple and reliable structure,and high safety,also with a very good popularization effect.
