摘要
为不断提升企业生产经营质量,介绍绩效考核体系的组织架构建设,从职位分析的目的、作用与结果,岗位评估的依据、作用、评价体系组成、评估方法与步骤,薪酬水平设计策略、级别设计、薪资等级和职位序列划分、编制薪资等级及档次分布、薪资水平的确定等方面详述建立考核体系的具体步骤;并对薪酬结构下的业绩考核策略和薪酬体系调整形式和范围进行说明.指出:绩效考核体系的建立与运行,是企业绩效管理工作的重要组成部分,其设计和运行须符合系统性、充分沟通和循序渐进3个基本原则,并根据企业实际做好职位分析、岗位评估、薪酬水平设计,制定出合适的业绩考核策略以及薪酬体系调整方法;实施绩效考核并持续跟踪改进,是企业不断自我提升和达成战略目标的重要保证.
In order to continuously improve the production and operation quality of enterprises,the organizational structure construction of performance appraisal system is introduced,the concrete steps of establishing the evaluation system are described in detail from the aspects of purpose,function and result for job analysis,from the aspects of the basis,function,evaluation system composition,evaluation methods and steps of job evaluation and from the aspects of salary level design strategy,level design,salary grade and position sequence division,distribution of preparation of salary grade,determination of salary level and other aspects;the performance appraisal strategy and the form and scope of salary system adjustment under the salary struc ture are also explained.It is pointed that the establishment and operation of the performance appraisal system is an important part of enterprise performance management.Its design and operation must comply with the three basic principles of systematization,full communication and gradual progress,and do a good job in job analysis,job evaluation and salary level design according to the actual situation of the enterprise,so as to formulate appropriate performance appraisal strategies and salary system adjustment methods.The implementation of performance appraisal and continuous tracking and improving is an important guarantee for enterprises to continuously improve themselves and achieve strategic goals.
