摘要
为了提升企业竞争能力,介绍精益生产管理模式的概念及在品质保证、准时生产、发挥员工创造力方面的优势;以自身企业为例,通过导入精益生产模式的实践,说明5S现场管理、焦点改善课题、推进标准化建设、运用信息化系统、营造持续改善氛围等方面对构建纺织企业高效精益运营体系的方法.指出:实施精益生产管理模式,应结合企业现状,以标准作业和管理为基本特征,以专业化为前提、系统化为保证、数据化为标准、信息化为手段,分阶段逐步实施.
In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the concept of lean production management mode and its advantages in quality assurance,just-in-time production and creativity of employees are introduced.Taking their own enterprise as an example,the methods of constructing efficient lean operation system in textile enterprises from the aspects of 5S field management,focus improvement project,promoting standardization construction,applying information system,and creating continuous improvement atmosphere are explained through the practice of introducing lean production mode.It is pointed out that the implementation of lean production management mode should be carried out step by step with standard operation and management as the basic characteristics,specialization as the premise,systematization as the guarantee,data as the standard and information as the means,according to the current situation of enterprises.
